In case the album can not be activated on User’s computer due to the fault of Provider, User can request another download of the same album from provider via e-mail (mail@lajkofelix.hu). This request can be activated by sending back damaged files to Provider.

Provider is not liable for any damage that is caused to User due to any misuse of debit/credit card payment, including not reported theft of debit/credit card. We take no responsibility for any mistake or security deficiency occuring on Provider’s bank’s homepage in the process of payment.

By purchasing and downloading album/s User does not obain any rights of the given album. All rights are owned by Provider and copyright owners. User only obtains limited, not transfarable, non-exclusive rights for private use.

User may not duplicate, not publish, not transfer, not broadcast the downloaded albums in any ways or by any means. The downloaded files may mot be remixed, or changed without the written permission of the copyright owners.
